Product Warranty
GOODEAR ACOUSTIC SHIELD WARRANTY
Symphony Services International warrants its Goodear Acoustic Shield to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period of 2 years from the date of your purchase. If this product is found to be defective in material and workmanship during the warranty period, you must immediately contact Symphony Services International using the Contact Information below and provide details of the alleged defect. In the event of a minor failure, Symphony Services International will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a like product. If Symphony Services International agrees to repair or replace the product, please send the defective product to the Business Address listed in the Contact Information below. In this event, Symphony Services International agrees to reimburse you for all reasonable expenses associated with the warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover damage, deterioration of malfunction to the product resulting from accident, misuse or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product, repair or attempted repair to the product by anyone not authorised by Symphony Services International, normal wear and tear, unauthorised changes or tampering to the product or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
The effectiveness of the product is greatly reduced when used contrary to the directions given on our Information Sheet. We can not warrant or guarantee the effectiveness of the product due to misuse or damage and will not be held liable for personal injury or loss (including consequential loss) caused by the incorrect application, usage or set-up, or poor/deteriorated condition of the product.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Symphony Services International’s liability is limited to repair and replacement of the product or to the cost of repair or replacement of the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please keep a receipt as proof of purchase, this will need to be provided to us in order for us to verify your purchase.
The Goodear Tripod Stand, Goodear Extension Pole and Goodear Plate Stand, which are sold separately from the Goodear Acoustic Shield, are subject to separate warranties.

GOODEAR TRIPOD STAND AND GOODEAR EXTENSION POLE WARRANTY
Symphony Services International warrants its Goodear Tripod Stand and accessories (Goodear Extension Pole) to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period of 12 months from the date of your purchase. If this product is found to be defective in material and workmanship during the warranty period, you must immediately contact Symphony Services International using the Contact Information below and provide details of the alleged defect. In the event of a minor failure, Symphony Services International will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with a like product or if the purchaser is not based in Australia, provide a full refund. If Symphony Services International agrees to repair or replace the product, please send the defective product to the Business Address listed in the Contact Information below. In this event, Symphony Services International agrees to reimburse you for all reasonable expenses associated with the warranty claim.
